Yes, we do. Orders placed before 6:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery, subject to product and slot availability.

Yes, you may request a preferred time slot at checkout. While we’ll make every effort to deliver within your chosen window, slight delays may occur during peak hours, weekends, or special occasions.

If the recipient isn’t reachable, we’ll try contacting them or you for instructions. If needed, the flowers may be left in a safe shaded spot, with a neighbor, or scheduled for redelivery (additional fees may apply).

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been delivered. You can also contact our support team to check the status using your order number.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within one hour of placement, provided they haven’t entered production or dispatch. Once flowers are prepared, cancellations are no longer possible.
