Refund policy



1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation only within 1 hour from placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered production or dispatch.
  • Once the order is being processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to the perishable nature of floral products.


2. Refunds / Returns Eligibility

Refunds are only valid under these circumstances:

  • The delivered item is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong variety or missing components).
  • The flowers arrive in a damaged or unusable condition (e.g., severely wilted, broken beyond normal transit).
  • We fail to deliver due to our error (non-dispatch, lost order, etc.).

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after confirmation.
  • Delays or failed receipt due to incorrect recipient address or unavailability.
  • Minor variations in shade, arrangement, wrapping, or accessory style.


3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 hours of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
  • We will review your case and may request additional information.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit, discount, or partial refund at our discretion.


4. Cancellation by TFH

We reserve the right to cancel an order if: the product is unavailable, delivery address is outside service area, there is a payment failure or system error, or any other logistical impediment arises.


In such a case, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued, or we may propose an alternate arrangement..
