1. Service Area
TFH provides delivery exclusively within Dubai, UAE. Orders with delivery addresses outside Dubai cannot be fulfilled.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
- Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before set cut-off time i.e. 6:00PM
- Next-day delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next working day.
- Time-slot / Scheduled delivery: If you request a specific delivery window, we will attempt to honor it, but cannot guarantee it during peak demand, heavy traffic, or other constraints.
- Event / bulk orders: Large or special orders may require advanced scheduling; delivery timing will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery Charges & Free Delivery Offers
The delivery fee will be auto calculated at the time of checkout & applied to the order based on the location.
From time to time, free delivery may be offered for orders exceeding a certain minimum spend or as part of promotions.
4. Delivery Conditions & Recipient Availability
- Please ensure the recipient name, address (including building, floor, unit), and contact number are accurate and complete.
- In case the delivery partner is unable to contact the recipient (no answer, wrong address, inaccessible location), the order may be returned. Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges, payable by the customer.
- Once the order is delivered to the specified address, risk of loss or damage transfers to the recipient or customer.
5. Substitution & Variation
Flowers are seasonal and supply-dependent. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may substitute with one of similar or higher value that matches the design and colour theme.
Minor differences in flower colour, size, or wrapping may occur due to supply constraints or artisan discretion.
6. Delivery Failure / Delays
- Delays may arise due to traffic, weather, traffic regulations, or unforeseen logistics issues.
- If we are unable to deliver at all, you will be notified and offered an alternate delivery date or a refund.
