1. Definitions

“We / Us / Our / TFH” refers to K F D Flower Trading LLC.

“You / Customer / User” refers to any person accessing the site or placing an order.

“Services / Products” refer to offerings (flowers, arrangements, add-ons) provided through our site.

“Order” means your purchase request via the site.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing orders and keep your account credentials confidential.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order does not mean immediate acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we process the payment and confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, for product unavailability, address outside our delivery area, or suspected fraud. If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payments via authorized payment gateways.

If payment fails, your order may be cancelled or delayed.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Deliveries are exclusively within Dubai. We will attempt to meet requested time windows but cannot guarantee it in all circumstances.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you (or the recipient) once the order is delivered to the specified address.

6. Substitution & Changes

In case of unavailability of certain flowers or materials, we may substitute with items of similar appearance, quality, or higher value, consistent with design and theme.

Minor changes in arrangement, colour tone, or wrapping may occur and shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, images, logos, text) on the site is owned or licensed by TFH / K F D Flower Trading LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written authorization.

8. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. hacking, data scraping, automated bots).

You must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from infringing others’ rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits).

Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the total order amount paid.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TFH, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, traffic incidents, acts of God, regulatory restrictions, strikes).

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is deemed invalid or unlawful by a court, the remainder shall continue in full effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

14. Amendments

We may revise or update these Terms, and any changes will be posted on our site with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the site or place orders after changes, you accept the revised terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any other policies on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and TFH regarding your use of the site and purchase of products.
